MegaTraveller CDRom?

Would you be interested in purchasing such a CDRom for $40.00?

Clarification, in general I support having Traveller books made available as OCR (or whatever it takes to make the text searchable etc.) pdf files for sale at places like svgames, rpgnow, and travellerrpg. I can't remember if all or any of the WotC ESD's are OCR at the moment but the concept was good (keeping oop product still available). Too bad they pulled the plug on any more non-D&D ESDs.

The TSR products have searchable text even though they are scanned. I don't whether the text can be errata'd after scanning though.

Me Too, I want one too. Can I have one? Can I?

Just a plain old CD in a paper sleeve will do, as long as its got stacks of info on it. :D

Would the license allow printing of the PDFs for personal use?

Any possibility of GRiP integration like with Classic Traveller? It would definitely make the fact that it's on CD look better as it carries with it some bonuses that could not be done in hard copy.

I'd buy GRiP Traveller Edition with CT/MT if it came under $100.

I've never played Traveller but my brother has GURPS Traveller and likes it and I was very impressed with T20 Lite. If CT/MT is anywhere near that level I'd be happy to get it.

Packaging as simple as possible. I prefer the original red Traveller on black background to the picture on the front of T20 Lite and the THB. It looks more like a collectors edition if it's got a simple elegant packaging. I wouldn't mind Jewel Casing. The DVD case design is also nice and seems to protect the discs better than jewel cases.

Most similar products I have include an ok to have one printout.

DVD cases can be nice, though there are several types, one at least (used for The Matrix for example) is very bad IMO, and there are other types that don't release the discs easily.

As for CT/MT, IMO they are well worth getting if nothing else to see where T20 comes from and to help converting the older stuff. QLI sells a *nice* CT Books 1-3 in one combined book that's well worth the $$. If you don't get MT around the same time, I suggest you download the Universal Task Profile (UTP) for CT. There has been some discussion on CotI about adapting CT/MT etc. tasks to T20.
