The Dynam Depot is a mothballing facility in orbit around a small gas giant. It has a military base on the planet Dynam with accomodation for Navy families.
It has no shipbuilding or architectual departments and no mention is made of training facilities. It does have a system defence squadron of 18 Scorpion clss 2000t TL15 SDBs plus 50 Wasp class 1000t SDBs and two deep sited meson guns.
There is also a Base Ship complex which is made from linking several old starships into a makeshift orbital station, armed with 25 #9 missile batteries, 40 #7 pulse laser batteries, a #P meson and a factor R PAW.
