Confused

MicroSD please - that way I can use my phone to carry my character around (hey, it does run WinMobile 6.1, and I could port some of my numerous yet never completed Traveller programs to it as well for a complete hand-held solution!) And yes - it woul dneed to have the starburst on it as well :)

I actually do mobile development on occassion. The user interface is the killer; it is hard to make one on such a small screen that is easy to use. With the SD cards, you can store the data on the storage card. With .NET, the same code will work on the mobile device as does the PC (well, assuming you make sure you select the functions that say "supported by the compact framework"

I like XML files for datastorage (no database to deal with), but XML is a problem on the .NET framework. I think the Compact Framework 3.0 actually added some XML support (most of our stuff is still on 1.1).

Add a custom synch and you have it. Too bad my available free time does not match my ambitions; I just solved a problem for my world builder that has been annoying me for weeks. It took a while to find the time.
