In my experimenting with POD printing, I have learned that the way to go for saddle-stitched POD is using Mixam.com. But there is a bit of a challenge in converting the PDFs available to POD-ready files.
If Mongoose is not interested in selling PODs of these titles, perhaps they could include POD-ready files with the PDF purchase that we could upload to Mixam.com and get our own books printed.
The nice things with Mixam is that you can do a custom size, so you should be able to get a book printed the same size as the original LBBs (half-quardo).
