Locally sourced ground protein (and that means, really, everything from fresh meat if the eatery is in an Agricultural or Garden System to reconstituted bio-protein from the recyclers on board ship. So long as it's got a binding protein and a fat that will produce a maiard reaction. Toss on a slice or three of Space Process Cheese Product (again of the range of varieties mentioned above and you gots what the Imperium calls "comfort food".
