Colorado Springs (the city) sits at 1839 meters above sea level, with some parts of the city even higher.
For reference, that's 48% as high as the summit of Fuji-san, to give you a distinctly Nippon point of reference.
That is high enough to affect exercise routines and cooking with boiling water (due to lower air pressure than at sea level).
As far as temperatures go, in November, think in terms of 0-15º C as being "typical" with the possibility of snow and cold at that high elevation above sea level as something you want to be prepared for while you are in the area of Colorado Springs.
So when you are there, be prepared for the static electric shocks and cling from almost everything you touch (LOW humidity is VERY common!) and be careful about exerting yourself in ways that demand lots of oxygen and blood flow in physical activity, especially if you live at a lower elevation most of the year, such as near the sea in low lying plains around the coastlines of Nippon.
