Members of the Art of Money campaign: SPOILERS! DO NOT READ!!! ~ Jim
In the original, it takes 12+ points of damage in a single hit to kill them. So, that got me thinking, what was the average damage from, say a sniper rifle in CT. Looks like 3D, or about 10.5.
It seems as though T5's combat does significantly more damage, because they're killing them 90% or more of the time they shoot.
What I've been doing is counting only bullet, blast, burn, and pen damage as "damage" against the Chamax. Bang, flash, and other types do no damage at all.
But, all damage from a single shot adds up all of the damage that works against them.
So, bottom line, I think, is that I have to raise the number of single-hit points of damage that kills them to 15. It means they have to roll above average on the weapons they use in most cases.
What do you guys think?
