I stumbled across this yesterday and was wondering if it applied to T20 as it's part of the D20 core rules.
According to the DnD 3E PHB p56, multiclass characters are supposed to suffer a penalty on XPs when their classes are not within one level of each other. I haven't heard anything about this in T20, in fact since a service class character is forced to start in a new class after mustering out it seems to be rather undesired. Is this one supposed to be just ignored?
In a fantacy setting it makes sense (discourages your 10th level fighter from suddenly deciding to start practicing magic), but not in a setting closer to "real world."
