MT Player's Manual free at DTRPG

Hmm, I sat through the download of Windows 2000 Service Pack 2, (you can't load Adobe 6 for 2k without it), Adobe 6 and then the quirky MT Players Manual download, all of it for free via the net (via broadband.) It was a long process as far as I'm concerned (an hour+).

Let me say up front: Yes it's free. However . . .

Previous posts on the quality of the scans are correct, they're not that sharp. I have to wonder if that's average for DTRPG . . .

Hmm, I sat through the download of Windows 2000 Service Pack 2, (you can't load Adobe 6 for 2k without it), Adobe 6 and then the quirky MT Players Manual download, all of it for free via the net (via broadband.) It was a long process as far as I'm concerned (an hour+).

Older books are image scans like this, though there is text "behind" the images. (Old TSR PDFs are like this, too.)

Newer books with the electronic original available had PDFs made from that, so are a bit slicker.

The lower resolution is used to keep the size down while remaining legible.

Unfortunately there is no way around this really.
