Max of 15 to 20 yrs as a colony before it being classifed.
Has a breathable atomsphere (tainted is fine) on colony world.
System must have asteriod belt (or 2).
At the time of Red Zone classification the system is not part of any regular established Jump routes.
And no this has nothing to do with Aliens
