Is eating K'kree meat considered uncool or very tasty?

Or like on Vland, will need to be significantly "prepped" by some process to break down the proteins and/or remove the toxins and make them edible to the Human metabolism.
Just hire a Vlandi chef
They are all vegetarian though, "try the fermented rigelian kale balls."
Bork, Bork, Bork, Bork!

K'Kree Hákarl -
Just be glad that the Sword Worlds Confederation is on the OTHER SIDE of the Imperium . . . .

... Oh, I wish I was a K'Kree wiener, that is what I'd truly like to be...

What? Is this lore you're telling me or something else?
He's essentially pulling your proverbial leg.
There's no evidence that the Vilani are vegetarians; they suffer the usual penalties from the K'Kree socially... so presumably have what the Japanese used to call "Butter stink"... the noticeable smell of carnivory of mammals by mammals.
There have been flame wars in the past about "Vegebilani vs Cannibalani"...

It's a running joke in the anime. Tohru tells Kobayashi at one point she made sure to suck all the poison out of the meat before serving it.

Maybe K'Kree is inedible by humans and many other sophants for some reason? That would render the question moot. Or, it might be like getting a plate of

(Liver and onions). It's a truly acquired taste at best.

As I said before just get a Valini chef to prepare it
