CT equipment guide?

Has anyone built an equipment guide and made it available for just personal equipment for CT only? No starships or vehicles, just weapons, armor, commo, survival, and amusement.

Adding to this thought,

Are there specific Tech level limitations? Limits on what a computer can run at tech level 10 versus 11? I was thinking of some robotic and cybernetic capabilities we take for granted in 2026 with our sci fi diet that were not conceived of yet in the 1970s. I feel like there should be some hard stops in tech because of material science or mathematics when it comes to tech level.
