Technology & Progression

Part of is it going to come down to what metric you measure the improvements by,
TL-6/-7/-8/-9 will see alot of size reduction, but from TL A-F the improvements won't be size, they will be air, thermal control and power capacity.

You might look at Vacc Suit from Zozer games for some ideas, but it is capped at TL 9. It's free on DTRPG. And is good for building some lower TL suits with alot of different options.

TNE also had decently customizable vacc suits. You buy the basic Vacc Suit, a life support module, different sized oxygen tanks, and other accessories.

As I said right at the start, even CT has a TL progression for vacc suits - they get lighter, starting at 10kg at TL8 and dropping 2kg per TL until they become effectively weightless at TL13. They include 6 hours of air and life support in that, so TL13 air storage and recycling is made of miracles. ;)

I'm not sure how much more progression you'd want in CT - they're already cloth armour, so there's not much room for movement there.

JTAS 9 has more extensive suits, but they aren't particularly compatible with the suit in LBB1-3 (no TL progression, can't actually describe the LBB suit using the JTAS types).

JTAS23 has TL14+ vacc suits, and they are a major step up from even a '0kg' TL13 suit.
