Regarding power plant fuel consumption from page 297:

the per-month requirement is P x H / 100.

H is hull in tons.

Is P power plant tonnage? Or is P the higher of jump number or G-rating?

And if the latter, is it the higher rating before or after tech level efficiencies are applied?

P = Drive Potential. So it is the later,

As I fiddle with the "before / after" question, I am inclined to use "after". The fuel efficiency partially offsets.
