Does anyone know the rules for wilderness refueling in GTIW? They have fuel scoops and processors but seem to lack the rules for wilderness refueling.

Everything about it seems to be mentioned in the Fuel Processors section on page 192.
Few versions of Traveller have gone into the actual details - task rolls etc. can be found in the DGP Starship Operator's Manual IIRC, and in GT Starships.

Yeah... does apppear IW just makes the assumption that if you have the processor it'll just work...
