He was a new emperor at the time of the Solomani Rim War, He was (If consistent with the Alkhalikoi longevity) between 35-50 years of age at the time of ascension to the Iridium Throne. Yet we know so little of this emperor. Hunter, MJD and all the rest of you out there, will there be a write-up of Gavin in the style of Strephon? I would love to see one. He ruled during an important period of the 3rd Imperium and the Linkworlds campaign IS taking place during his reign....

You've missed the important part. Look up "Styryx" in whatever sources you have available.

Styryx was Gavin's father. He was forced to abdicate, and was still alive during the Solomani Rim War.

This is an obvious plot hook, don't you think? Enjoy.
