I am going to nod in a sagely manner in total agreement with that post where as in in reality it might as well have been writtern in Welsh for all the sense it made to meOriginally posted by Aramis:

If you avoid vehicles in combat, and use the HG version in MTRM, it will make about 0 difference in your games.
If you're letting PC's shoot at vehicles, or like I do, using a mayday hybrid with the vehicle rules, it makes a HUGE difference.
Case in point: A trepida can be taken out by spall from a high-pen small arms round hitting the unmultiplied PP, which is (IIRC) 1/2 hits... it winds up being 9/18 or so with it, if you apply the times 10 before rounding. At which point, the spall is NOT going to do much at all.
