The blue-grey or a neutral grey hull would be fine.
However, to live up to its name somewhat.... I'd like any accents/markings/name to be in another shade of blue (for contrast).... either a bright neon blue, or a darker navy blue. Whatever gives good contrast and easy readability.
In my campaign, the Norwegian Blue is not a standard IISS vessel. While it is owned by the IISS, its mission is more of a Courier... to carry sensitive cargo, info, intelligence, and passengers in and out of border territories. The Blue is typical of the political espionage and "diplomatic missions" that one might expect in the tense areas between the Imperium, Solomani Confederation and Aslan space. Because of that, the Blue does not necessarilly scream "I am an Imperial ship carrying the Imperial colours! Shoot me!"
The view: I really like the side view you have right now. It shows the many features of the ship.
However, if you can "tilt it" just a tad bit so that I can see a little more of the top surface... that would be a great view too. The top surface seems to have lots of surface area for showing hull markings, especially the name of the vessel.
I'll leave any details to you, using your artistic license.
