• Welcome to the new COTI server. We've moved the Citizens to a new server. Please let us know in the COTI Website issue forum if you find any problems.
  • We, the systems administration staff, apologize for this unexpected outage of the boards. We have resolved the root cause of the problem and there should be no further disruptions.

Sorry, I comitted myself on the eve of a particularly stressful and crazy move. I've now got a reliable internet connection and I've found my battered copy of MT. If it's still open, I'll try to fire you a character tomorrow.

Also, I am a bit naive with this stuff, so could you tell me if PM means ordinary email. 'Cuz if it doesn't I could be a little useless.

Finally, are their rules for changing careers in chargen for MT. That was one of my favorite aspects of TNE/Twilight 2000 and my character idea--if still welcome--would require it.

Once again, sorry for the flakeyness, it's been an absolutely mad couple of weeks.

Actually, PM is a board function. Though, it appears you have yours turned off - you can click on the little icon with an envelop and two figures in a post to PM that post's author. You can then exchange email addresses, etc. without leaving yourself wide open (security-wise).

The MT rules (I am just going through them) actually state the if you want to change careers, you should muster out, then begin role-playing. So, that would make chargen ... ummm ... over, at that point. I prefer the idea of allowing career moves - but only if explained well. (I think it is first mentioned in CT, Supp3.)
