I've never done the 'play by email thing' but I would be interested in playing the role of the roguish servant.

I should mention that I am familiar with MT's basic rules--ie the core task system--but am otherwise a pretty big noob to any traveller system besides TNE. I'm eager to learn though. Oh, and is your game the 'Something is Afoot' campaign?

Cad Lad, send me a PM with the character that you have generated and I will see if it meets requirements. Use any chargen that is MT compactible. A rogue chargen can also be found in one of the Dragon magazine articles out there in cyberland...if you are completely stuck.

Else use pirate substituting space skills with ones more applicable for dirtside operations...not that the game won't go into space but the character I visualise is more of a street urchin than interstellar criminal.

Looks like there are no takers for this idea of proto-Megatraveller. If interest strikes up again...I might be inclined to do something.
