I've put together a worksheet for generating a character. The latest version is Revision 1 (in the 4th post there). The second and third posts show the worksheet in action, and a link to a googledocs page that has the resulting character sheet.
After you generate your character, delete the parts you don't use to make the sheet more printer friendly, then use it to put together your actual character sheet.
