T5 CDROM - Payment methods other than paypal

to order/preorder the T5 cd-rom that also does not require paypal as the only payment method?

Paypal (for me) is a total deal-breaker.

Thanks, I thought of that, but no email addy or contact info is available on his site. The email and 'contact us' links are also broken.

Just locating the above page is not easy, and it seems incomplete, but it is also is the only place I could find contact links.

I did try the email that is tied to the paypal account being used there, but no luck yet, which is why I posted here.
