Surrey International Writers' Conference

I don't suppose anyone here is going to the Surrey International Writers' Conference in BC this weekend? If so, want to meet up and talk about the joys and tribulations of writing Traveller fiction? (But not on Friday due to day job commitments.)

Going to something like this can be quite interesting. I went to the Sci-Fi convention once and had the chance to take Hal Clement out to both lunch and dinner. It was a very interesting and enlightening experience.
