Subsector E /Pliabriebl on TravellerMap

I was just curious if anyone knew anything about Subsector E of Pliabriebl Sector on TravellerMap.

It is the lone detailed subsector in that sector, and is listed as "Unofficial", but the source is attributed to Mark Miller.


Is it a "Faraway" Sector that Mark Miller uses, or is it something for the T5 "Far Future" perhaps?
