Sophont life stages

Daddicus

SOC-13
In the sophont creation pages, there are some pics of some races. For example, on page 572 the humans are there, with an abbreviated name:

Sol-3 [G2 V] A877B99-D

I figure that's the stellar info, plus the planetary profile (although the last half of that sentence is a guess).

Is there a short-name version of the sophont info? For example, the length of time in life stages for each stage.

What I'm really interested in knowing is if there is a table of values, similar to the captions on pages 571 to 573, but that includes the other information about the known-races (like Aslan).

No. I am not aware of any life stage information with T-5.

There are age brackets to measure the decline of physicality.

And there are cultural codes, which are interesting as psychology metric, but no life stage as a civilization metric.

Pretty much, as far as I can tell, there are the following stages, which are not well detailed:
* Creatures (Not technology users. TL:Negative)
* Proto-Sophonts (Very early technology users: Much less-advanced than the norm. TL:0)
* Demi-Sophonts (Early technology users. Few are spacefaring. TL:1-9)
* Sophonts (Technology users with technology roughly equal to existing norms: TL:10-18 ...TL:10-15 are exiting norms. TL:16-18 are on the top end of this scale.)
* Precursors (Ancients. Ur-Sophonts. Very advanced technology users. Much more powerful than existing norms. TL:19-30)
* Transcendant. Culture (Post-technological society. TL:31-33+ So much more powerful than existing norms that they are near incomprehensible.)

Hope that helps.

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.
