Im not even sure where to put this, but here goes...


There have been changes to the Traveller Map, and that happens, however:

Sabmiqys (2008 Sudsector C/Antares) is no longer home to the advanced Synthoid species,the Sabmiqys.

Former UPP X160056-H R004 Na G3V
Current UPP C540533-9

Dont know if this is a deliberate change or not, but it was one of the more interesting worlds, dating clear back to CT.

Awesome! Sabmiqys has played a big part in MTU, and I was hoping they werent being "removed".

But, you've really irked me! Travellermap.com has changed alot of system data lately just as I was deeply committed to using it otherwise. On the other hand, some systems have improved so I guess I shouldn't complain too bitterly... NOT!

Well, if there's a place I've really screwed up and you want to slap me with a canon bat, drop me a note at don.mckinney@gmail.com, and we'll take a look at things.

And we're still in draft mode. You'll see some sectors with remarks like "O:", meaning we know it needs an owner, but canon and tradition didn't identify one, so in the next pass we need to find one.

You'll also find that alien codes are now xxxx#, for example, Varg8 means a world is 80% Vargr. This is important for a few worlds that have four races with more than 10% of the population.

And minor race homeworlds are (Azhanti), and major race homeworlds are [Vilani].

This cleanup ONLY covers sectors with at least one Imperial world, or sectors published by Mongoose.

And while I'll let Don take the blame for this one, technical gremlins can also flub things up and make worlds disappear or change unexpectedly. Do let me know if an update looks sketchy.
