Rapid Repo Adventure

jackleg

SOC-12
I loved the issues on the MegaTraveller Journal put out by DGP. I especially liked the adventure 'Rapid Repo'. The mission was to infiltrate a planet that had been taken over by Vargr corsairs, Depot, and recover a piece of Imperial Naval research. The adventure was well written and could be used as the basis for a campaign with all the other things in the adventure.

Unfortunately I was never able to get a group together to run it(friggin d20 cultist!). Has anyone else run the adventure? How did it go?

Actually Jackleg, I use a variation of the Rapid Repo for the background to my Corridor Commonwealth campaign.

Changes;
1. Its 1212 (TNE) not 1100s (MT). I use T20 rules with plenty of CT, MT, and TNE variations.
2. RR only discusses 1 facility in the depot system. We know that a depot is system wide not just 1 base.
3. I determined the intel sends them accidentally to the base on Sefke and not the primary base or other starports.
4. The Vargr invasion was not as effective as the Vargr's advertised.

Feel free to browse my website for your ammusement.

Regards,
Savage

Number three, the one with the really cool front cover of a personal re-entry kit being used

I must admit i thought the MT journals were excellent, very well produced. Shame there weren't many of them.

I've skimmed it but haven't had the opportunity yet to run it. On the surface it seems cool.
