Hey, I used +4/-4 for ExcSu/ExcF the whole time...

Thanks for the feedback, guys. I think I'm going to go with increased difficulty class by one level, and 2+ exceptional success needed.

I think that shooting for a specific location that will reduce an armor value by half should be pretty damn difficult, yet attainable.

Definitely the realm of an expert marksman or someone with some gucci hi-tech.

Any thoughts?
