Oops, honey I erased TA0001!?

By individual stupidity, I erased my directory that held my copies of TA0001 and TA0002. I have a hard-copy of TA0002. So I'm oK with that, but I have nothing on TA0001. I go to the e-library link and my login and password from the e-mail of my TA0001 order receipt no longer work.

Help!
