Online?(OpenRPG or IRC)

Hey all, :)

Is anyone interested on online play with OpenRPG or on IRC(very likely in DarkMyst servers)?

I'm a CT newb or else I would have offered to referee the game. I'm interested on getting some practice on this system.

If anyone shows interest, we could start with a couple of one-shot sessions to see if everyone is onboard and/or work some possible discrepancies and if all works out, we can start with a small campaign.

I'm in Europe(GMT), but with a flexible schedule.

EDIT: Still not fully established but we're on Mondays, 5pmCST/11pm GMT.

I would be interested in joining an online Traveller RPG. I am familiar with T4, T20, and TNE. I live in Colorado so I don't know how feasible it will be to coordinate any online play, but I am willing to give it a try, and if that doesn't work I am willing to participate in a forum or PBeM game.

You can contact me at amigard80@hotmail.com if you are interested in setting something up. Unfortunately while I have some experience in forum based games (Nations States being the bulk of my experience) I have no experience in playing via IRC or chat.

I've emailed you the basics. At first glance, schedual will not be a main problem.

More inclined now thowards OpenRPG since I got another person interested that plays in it.

The numbers are still running thin. Anyone else?

Well, as we are still trying to find out interested people, I can't really say. I was thinking on letting the group set the details when we got enough people so that the players can organize the schedual more efficiently.

EDIT: There's no strings attach untill we get enought numbers. What I am asking to players that show interest is commitment after we starting playing.

I might be interested.

In my experience, OpenRPG or MapTool (!) combined with Skype or Ventrillo (for voice) work best for simulating these kinds of games online. GRIP is also an excellent program solely for running CT, but is no longer being supported.

I'm good for CT or possibly MT, but can adapt as needed.

We are still active and some seats became vacant again(altho I didn't updated the last post).

Anyone interest, PM me or reply to this thread.

EDIT: The game is on hold.
