MT Ship Combat

Fantastic - thanks guys, especially for that Security Leak reference - I have ran off both articles and they look good.

I think I will sit down over the weekend and try and make the numbers work - that would be truly satisfying after all these years !

Leaving out the power requirements until the end does seem to make a LOT of sense.

Will let you guys know how I get on next week.

If people really want, I could do a serial designing a merchant under MT.... showing all my work, as it were. But I'd make that a separate thread. (problem is, tho, that MT craft design is SO frought with errata that many published designs don't re-create well. Also, my time is sporadically available due to flexible work schedule.)

Could anyone do what Aramis has done for ship design for MT ship to ship combat - say a free trader vs a corsair, that would be cool
