MT Player's Manual free at DTRPG

Just a note, someone wrote in the Ref's Manual, in the System Generation chapter, used for the scans but it's nothing really major.

They seemed a bit off to me also. Fortunately I do have two copies of the original rules. It is nice to see that something is being made available for FREE though.

BTW if anyone is interested in a copy of the original rules please contact me at brian@hijenks.com. I am working also on scanning these but have no experience with scanners. Can anyone help me with suggestions on a scanner or type of software to use?

Whoa there. I would recommend that you look at the fair use guidelines before undertaking such a project.

Even if the your idea were acceptable, doing so would take a fair bit of work with a scanner, OCR software, and Adobe Acrobat.

UPDATE: I just checked and the MT Ref's Manual is currently FREE though you have to go the MT section of GDW's listing and "buy" the book.

Please do not offer to give away copies of copyrighted materials on these boards. It is one of those little things as a Traveller publisher that pushes my buttons. Badly.
