Seems a good way to make runaway paranoia fun. I know I want to know about each time a car leaves the driveway. This must have more aesthetic appeal than sitting in a room full of security monitors cradling a gun. Interesting idea, but questionable execution and application. Seems a little "telescreen" like to me.
