I ought to know since I was the one who invented them (to explain where many of the Imperial settlers to the Spinward Marcjhes came from in the days before the Vargr were cleared out of Corridor). They were described in the library data of either Mora: Year 100 or One-way Passage to Mora, two JTAS Online articles of mine. Unfortunately I lost some files in a computer crash in 2010 and those two appear to have been among them. (And my subscription to JTAS Online has lapsed :( ). But if yours still work, you can look it up there.

I remember that Iilidu was the most important of them; they were organized as a duchy under a Duke of Iilidu when they joined. Also, neither Regina, Gashimuu (the world that eventually became Deneb), nor Usani were among them, because, not located in the 2nd Quadrant (and that goes double for Regina ;)).

Deneb was a powerful world that remained independent for several centuries, which is why Usani grew to be the subsector capital of Usani subsector (and why Usani subsector is not called Deneb subsector).

I never did get a playtest copy of Deneb, so I don't know what was changed from the JTAS Online information.

Bet they're listed in the Deneb Sector book.

Aaaand they're not.

However, there's a map of Deneb Sector in Year Zero that shows what must be the Lidash League, surrounded by Vargr states.

It looks like there are only four "official" worlds:

Deneb
Amshal
Eshamlii
Usani

Arcanum looks excluded.

I managed to dig up my original library data for Deneb and the Lidash League. Not all of them made it into the JTAS online articles, and in any case they're not canon, but I thought you'd be interested in seeing them.

These library data are per Year 100.

ATADL (3015 B2106A9-A): Sattelite orbiting Iilidu; site of extensive mineral
deposits. Has experienced a rapid expanse of mining and heavy industry since
42. Population 8 million.

BIG FLEET, THE: The fleet sold by LSP, Sharurshid, and Zhunasthu Enterprises
to the Lidash League in 42.

GASHIMUU (Deneb 1925, A7868BG-B): Independent world orbiting in the life zone
around the star Deneb in the Deneb system (Note that contrary to normal
practice the system is named for its star and not its main world). Settled
around -2400 by Vilani fleeing the Rule of Man. Like most such colonies it
regressed technologically, but not as much as many, and it regained jump
capability around -80. With a population of 800 million and a sound economy,
Deneb is the chief trading partner of the Lidash League. The government is
highly repressive, especially towards its women. The Big Three all maintain
factors on the planet and recruit and train many locals. The IISS established
a base on Deneb in 50 from which the exploration of the rimward half of the
sector is conducted. There's a local naval base. By a treaty of 83 Imperial
Navy ships may resupply here.

[Note: The Gashimuans placed a lot of their heavy industry on a marginal, but
resource-rich planet in the next orbit out from Gashimuu. In time this tail
grew strong enough to wag the dog and became the system's principal world.
That is the world known as Deneb in the Classic Era.]

GIIKUSU (2316 A657875-9): Member of Lidash League. Population 200 million.
Balkanized, but with a world confederation of severely limited scope. Many
small princedoms with hereditary rulers. League base situated on moon.

GRAEK (1704 A787879-B): Vargr world. Population 600 million.

IILIDAN: Language spoken by the dominant culture on Iilidu, the capital of
the Lidash League. The _lingua franca_ of the league and its trading
partners. It is derived from Old Vilani and still has many similarities to
that language.

IILIDU (3015 AA878A9-A): Capital of the Lidash League... Population 500
million... Imperial Scout Base... League Naval Base...

LIDASH LEAGUE: Alliance of four Imperial client worlds in the 2nd Quadrant of
Deneb Sector with a combined population of almost two billion. Contacted in 34
by a LSP trade scout. For over half a century these worlds had been struggling
to work their way back into space, greatly impeded by frequent raids by Vargr
corsairs from Eneri and Tuglikki. A deal was made between the league and three
Imperial megacorporations, LSP, Sharurshid, and Zhunastu Enterprises; in 42 an
entire fleet of fully functional, albeit obsolescent, Imperial warships were
delivered to the league. With these ships the league was finally able to deal
appropiately with the encroaching Vargr. The three Imperial megacorporations
received their pay in a down payment, much of which was spent on buying local
assets, and the remainder over a 30 year period. In addition they got a number
of trade concessions. Since then the league worlds have enjoyed an upsurge in
prosperity and relationships with the Imperium has continued to improve.
Negotiations for full membership of the Imperium is under way.

PETRACH (1712 A55489D-9): Member of Lidash League. Population 200 million.
Zero-growth philosophy with strict immigration control. League Base.

SHERAD (3116 E000000-0): System with no useful planets but two asteroid belts,
one of which has been the location of several very rich strikes that are being
worked by companies based in the Iilidu System. No permanent residents as yet,
but Iilidu law is being sporadically enforced by units of the Iilidu Defense
Force.

TALON (2704 A353885-9): Member of Lidash League... Population 300 million...
League Naval Base... [Population predominantly Vargr]]

WELLINGTON MINERS: Small mining firm based on Iilidu founded in 52 by retired
members of the Big Fleet.
Note that the elisons are stuff I never got around to writing, not stuff I've left out.
