I've asked Marc about this, and his view at the moment is that Seeker owns all MFA materials...

I've not yet been able to read them, but they look like juicy candidates for another CT CD-ROM in the future. It never ceases to amaze me the number of various stray Traveller-related publications roaming around out there that need to be lassoed and corralled at the FFE ranch.
