Unless those have just been updated with the recently released .sec files the only place I know of that currently has the version of Ley Sector that's in the Gateway book is Zhodani Base's T20 Galaxy page.

Until then, I think opening Flynn's data in the mapping program of your choice is probably the best bet. Perhaps print it to a postscript file and then use www.ps2pdf.com to make it PDF?
