For the Land Grab on the TML, are we limited to just those sectors listed? I ask as I would be interested in grabbing a few worlds in the Zarushaagar sector.

While the original idea for the Landgrab was to detail worlds in the Spinward Marches, there are no limits.
Pick any world (or worlds) you wish, regardless of where they are, and detail them. The only real request (I hate to call it a restriction) is that you pick something that hasn't already been picked.
