IMTU Operational Service Medals Vs. CCR/CSR

:o

I also thought a red card was when someone got thrown out of a game of footie...

Some flavors, Red is sit out the period, not the rest of the game.

IRB rugby, a red card is also suspended for minimum 2 weeks and minimum 2 games, unless the red card was clearly not earned but awarded anyway. At least, according to the notes on Rugby Colorado's website.

Now, as for the board... a red card

means points assessed. Yellow
yellowcard.gif
means warning only. And only staff see them.

I have so much stuff I need to finish up, I think I need to clear the decks before I create anything else new.

Hmm..I will confess to being a late comer to your artwork. Seriously enjoying it, though!

I normally don't reveal such information in the open.

But since you asked publicly - and it's not embarrassing: none to date.

You getr PM'd yellows ("You have received a warning") and reds ("You have received an infraction")

Sad, but too true. Even in the British Army, there are OSM (Operational Service Medals) for specific campaigns, which I think would be more often issued than other medals. For the US a good example is the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armed_Forces_Expeditionary_Medal which with the right devices would meet your criteria. The arrowhead device denotes assault landings. Service stars are for additional awards.

I would very much like to see what your do with the SEH, MCG, and MCUF (which I relate to the Medal of Honor/Victoria Cross), the Silver Star, and the Bronze Star with V device. I can see the SEH as a neck order. There is probably a version of the Legion of Merit, which normally is given to senior officers who had successfully served and not contracted a venerial disease or gotten caught in a torrid affair.

The American System is if you fart down wind from a general you get a medal... I am inspired by the frogs ( french) here.
