Has there ever been any material covering Hiver Sectors?

Canonically? Not that I'm aware of. CT's AM7 Hiver has alternate generation rules for hiver area worlds, tho. The Sector Names are also in AM7.

And then there's TNE's Hiver & Ithklur...

Has there ever been any material covering Hiver Sectors?

GURPS Traveller's Alien Races 3 has a section on the Hivers. It doesn't give much about individual worlds but it is a gold mine for history and culture. If you can find a copy, of course. (Mine will be at least $1000, but that's more to discourage anyone from trying to buy it.)
