HG2 Errata Draft

I've done some of the errata fixing designs a little differently, and I wanted to post a draft for comments (it's over at ct-starships as well)

I really want to make sure I've done the designs correctly, and if anyone had suggestions for making the design changes/fixes look better for errata.
