Has anybody built a software tool to create starships? Not deck plans, but the hardware stuff?

Web-based then? I'm working on one, but it's Excel-based, so not as portable. I just wanted to check what others had done before I got into it in earnest.

I built an excel based one a while back before the rules revision.

I copied it into Google Drive so it is somewhat web based although there are some errors after the copying (mainly in how armor is displayed).
