Has anyone tried one using the T20 rules yet?

I've got a character who really likes the one in the MegaT 101 Vehicles book. .25G acceleration, 140kpg NOE speed. It just screams Pack Leader. ;)

I've just dug this out of the circular filing cabinet! Haven't double checked the figures.

I've had some spare time lately and have been cranking out designs. You want grav? We got grav!

Jump over to X-TEK and see what we have for you.
From the main site click 'Subsidiaries'. From there click 'GravametriX' on the left side menu. Our products should be displayed.

Here are direct links to the grav vehicles:

Broomstick, for you Harry Potter fans:

Grav Bike, just a standard, high speed grav bike:
http://www.ao.net/~cmdrx/xtek/t20/vehicles/gbike.htm

Racing Bike, more of a grav 'pod' capable of supersonic flight.
http://www.ao.net/~cmdrx/xtek/t20/vehicles/nim1121.htm

Combat Grav Bike, for the mercs who want a little more...
http://www.ao.net/~cmdrx/xtek/t20/vehicles/cyclone.htm

Crimson Storm Assault Speeder, for the military who want alot more!
http://www.ao.net/~cmdrx/xtek/t20/vehicles/storm.htm

There you have it. The GravametriX vehicle line. Enjoy!

Hmmm ... the Star Legion will have to put an order in for those vehicles!

As a side note, IIRC you should update your OGL reference so that it includes the T20 license blurb for Section 15, and add your own Section 15 blurb in case someone else wants to use it as OGC.

Thanks Falkayn, I went to your site and saw all the leagal-ese. I have made changes. Before I was just following what was on the T20 Fair use policy.

Expect more designs to come. Robots are next, and I've still got plenty of ships.

Looking forward to more T20 designs!

That OGL looks much better now as it explicitly gives credit to QuikLink's THB, which is appropriate. Well done!

Commander X,

On the Crimson Storm Attack Speeder

I have to questions/points
1.Where is the EW/ECM gear for the Electronics tech to use?
2.Using active sensors means that the vehicle is detectable at a greater distance that the active sensors can detect. Ie you have turned on a powerful light on your self and then try and sneak up someone in the dark. I would suggest using passive sensors with the active being used only for special situations.

Greetings Bleu!

I think I will extend the range of the holovid x10, theres more than enough space left over in the 'Storm'. The radar system is required for having a targeting computer. As for EW/Jamming and such, I am guessing that is included in the radar and comm packages as I do not see any specific equipment for this in the THB. The Electronic Tech would be the guy doing the sensor/comm tasks as per Chapter 8.

THB's Vehicle design system is not as complex as others I've delt with, making it easy to crank out stuff. Mind you I would like to see more goodies for it such as stealth, ECM and Rapid Fire High Energy weapons. Perhaps in a future product?

Please note that as of April 2, I have revamped my website. The URL's in the previous post are now invalid. You can still find the GravametriX productins in that section, just click the button.
The designs have also been tweaked a bit.

New Direct URLs:

Broomstick: http://www.ao.net/~cmdrx/xtek/vehicles/t20/broom.htm
Grav Bike: http://www.ao.net/~cmdrx/xtek/vehicles/t20/gbike.htm
Racing Grav Bike: http://www.ao.net/~cmdrx/xtek/vehicles/t20/nim1121.htm
Combat Grav Bike: http://www.ao.net/~cmdrx/xtek/vehicles/t20/cyclone.htm
Attack Speeder: http://www.ao.net/~cmdrx/xtek/vehicles/t20/storm.htm

I intend to add more goodies to the website, trying to convert some GURPS and MT stuff over.
Got a few robots to post, and some weapons from Antioch Arms. Makers of the HHG-15 Fusion Grenade.
