Good intro to the Imperium

I always liked Clay Bush's version and how he updated it in Traveller's Digest/Megatraveller Journal. Is he still kicking around?

The only thing that would change is emphasize the Imperium's venerability. Much as we have been talking about on Primordial Traveller, the Imperium needs to be brought down to a more human scale. To so the narrative would need some hidden hubris.

Note to self--wish list:

A rules free, 'Path of Tears--like supplement for the Classic Imperium. Heck, I'd settle for a very lite (30 page or so) intro to put in front of keen players. Just the basics. After that they can start all the flamewars they want!

I'll accept insane, but I am definitely NOT a workaholic. As a matter of fact, if I were a workaholic, I wouldn't have any time for Traveller....
