It's cool but, just a drawing. It isn't actually a proposal. However, it makes for a cool grav bike for Traveller.

Odd, every page I read about it says something along the lines of:

Expected to be used in the year 2020 in Netherland’s crammed roads

I wonder why they chose that specific date if it isn't under proposal?

Because the standard for anything being touted as just around the corner (but never to be actually developed) is always 10 years

Somewhere, somebody, got the idea that "10 years" is a synonym for "never", at least in the realm of Futurists...

Hype? I do know for a fact that there is no tech close enough to produce that in 10 years time. Notice, ZERO tech specs...

The pedestrian (so to speak) cars in the background ruins the picture for purposes of showing it to my players. Might work for a superhero campaign.
