Hi,
This might be a silly question but...reading the MT Referee's Guide the other day, in the section on Cargo and Freight, it gives the table to roll on for how many & size of lots etc, and mentions that they can be either freight (Cr 1000/ton carry fee), or speculative cargo. However I can't see anywhere where it says how to determine how many of the lots are freight and how many are cargo.
Do you roll twice on the table each time for major, minor and incidental, once for cargo and once for freight, or do you roll once for each type and split it up somehow, or just decide by GM fiat? I can make it up, but it would be nice to know if there is an actual suggested method.
