COMMENTS
The Flagon-E is meant to act as a ships launch, which is to say perform any duty more specialized craft are not built for. This can include cargo, crew, and fuel transfer. Many have the large center section reconfigured for casualty transfer by mounting Auto-Meds and Emergency Low Berths. Since this design of the Flagon has the Small Craft Stateroom removed a fresher has been installed. The sensor suite is also extremely downrated given the non-combat duties the -E will often perform. No provision is made for mounting a turret or weapons, especially since this class already has an excellent fighter model.
