Fixing the Beltstrike fuel consumption rules

Beltstrike is, generally, an interesting module, delving into a subject I quite like ("belting" and sublight interplanetary exploration). However the fuel rules presented in it are siply incompatible with those of Book 2 and/or HG. For example, four weeks of continued Power Plant 1 operation (general power generation and constant 1-G burn) requires 10 tons of fuel according to Book 2. In beltstrike this would be only 1.6 tons (according to the table on page 11).

So I've compiled a modified version of the table (someone who's UBB-fu is stronger than mine should make an actual table out of this), in tons of fuel required per given time period:
Basic Power remains 0 per hour, 0.07 per day and 0.05 per week.
1-G requires 0.01 per hour, 0.35 per day and 2.45 per week - and thus, total fuel consumption per week of continued operation would be 2.5 dtons and in 4 weeks - 10 dtons, as in Book 2.
2-G requires 4.95 per week, 0.7 per day and 0.03 per hour.
3-G requires 7.74 per week, 1.05 per day and 0.05 per hour.
4-G requires 9.95 per week, 1.4 per day and 0.06 per hour.
5-G requires 12.45 per week, 1.8 per day and 0.08 per hour.
6-G requires 14.95 per week, 2.1 pr day and 0.09 per hour.

I wish I had a copy of Beltstrike.

Instead, all I have is the cover art. Looks nice in a frame, but I can't run a Traveller game with it, can I?

This page comes close to covering some of the aspects of Beltstrike; S13 - Citizens of the Imperium covers Belter chargen and Seeker starships.

And one of the JTAS or challenges had a little system for doing solo prospecting games for seekers. There was some sort of flow chart involved....

I'm just going to sit over here and be jealous of your good fortune for awhile.... :) :p :)
