Expanded Law Enforcement?

I think Challenge had an article covering this in the late '80s, (I want to say 1987), but I don't remember the exact issue.

I think it was issue 34.

A little late, but David Jaques-Wilson has a nice system, too:

He also includes rules for generating Ministry of Justice characters, which are rather like FBI/NSA agents rolled into one.

These are what I use.

I like David Jaques-Wilson's MOJ characters, but as written, there are no skills for combating white collar crime. In special assignments, I changed Support School to Support or Business school (from Merchant Prince). It gives a very useful set of skills when investigating Fraud, Embezzlement, Tax Evasion etc.
