Examples of Siege Engines

I've read somewhere the description of a specialist "seige" vessel that returned destroyed defender ships as compressed lumps of steel via a rail gun. The author made the point of it being rather demoralizing to be pelted by your dead heroes.

Might have been in Grand Fleet or perhaps T4?
