Might be me you're thinking of. It's an on again off again project I've mentioned here before. Little to report at this time beyond I have not totally forgotten about it, just that I'm easily distrac... Ooh, Shiny!

I've been thinking about this recently, and I realized tht if you have the MGT TMB, you can use it to make EV ships fairly easily if you use the Hyperdrive rule, provided that you have the ship be the same size as the regular jump drive.
Other considerations:
*Ship size to not exceed 2000 tons
*Power plants and manuever drives do not need fuel
*Hyperdrives' fuel needs are calculated by the size of the power plant
*Small craft can mount hyperdrives, but not bays
*Costs of all materials are reduced to 1/10th
Wasn't there something about how to convert the EV/EVO/EVN settings to Traveller?
Glad to see this bumped Jame. I came across another Traveller fan doing an EV conversion a while back and forgot about it until recently going through old bookmarks. Not much there really but maybe of some interest...
Looks more like a Traveller conversion for EV to me. Though a Confed Cruiser being about the size of a Kinunir (well, a bit bigger) seems correct to me. I would put the Argosy/Allied Shipworks Freighter/Rebel Destroyer/Maskirovka corvette at about 600 tons myself.
Though as a side-thought, I was always kinda leery about the lack of staterooms on EV ships, but then again given their hyperdrive style I'm not surprised.
